Return Policy

Please read the following about returns and refunds for your custom family name sign or established year plaque.

Return Period

You may request a return or report damage or error within 14 days of delivery. After that, returns are at our discretion.

Return Conditions

Because our signs are made to your specifications (name, year, font, material), they are custom. Returns are accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed design. Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.

Cost of Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage we caused, or design not as agreed), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning for another reason, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Return Process

Contact us via our Contact page with your order details and, if applicable, photos of the product or packaging. We will provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made signs that match your approved design and have no defect are generally non-returnable. Personalized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless there is a fault on our side.

General Legal Requirements

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction. California residents have rights under California consumer protection and refund laws; this policy does not limit those rights.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once production has started or the item has shipped, cancellation may not be possible; we will work with you to find a solution where feasible.

Refund Procedure

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time (typically within 14 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the issue). Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
